These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pin It mobile application on iOS and Android (the "App"), operated by Pin It ("Pin It," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pin It. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
To use Pin It, you must create an account using a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of all photos, comments, and other content you create and upload to Pin It ("User Content").
By posting User Content, you grant Pin It a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App, including displaying your content to users based on your privacy settings.
If you publish a sticker pack to the Pin It Marketplace, you represent and warrant that:
By publishing a pack, you grant Pin It a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the pack within the App, and you grant other Pin It users a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to apply your stickers to their own posts and boards through the App. This license terminates when you remove the pack or delete your account, except for use of the stickers in posts and boards already created by other users prior to removal.
Marketplace sticker packs are currently provided free of charge. Pin It does not collect payment for, and does not pay creators for, sticker pack publication at this time.
You may choose to make posts public or friends-only. You are responsible for selecting appropriate visibility settings. Public content may be visible beyond your immediate friend network.

Pin It may use automated systems, including Google Cloud Vision, to analyze uploaded content for potential violations.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
Marketplace sticker packs may be removed at any time based on user reports, automated review, or our editorial discretion. Repeated violations may result in loss of Marketplace publishing privileges in addition to the general account remedies in Section 8.
Pin It may send functional push notifications (likes, comments, friend activity) and authentication-related emails (verification, password resets). Push notifications can be disabled through device settings.
You may delete your account at any time through the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.
Music (Deezer). Pin It uses the Deezer public API to let you search for and add music previews to boards. Deezer is an independent third party, and your use of Deezer-provided content is subject to Deezer's own terms and content policies. Music previews are streamed from Deezer's servers; Pin It does not host or own this music. Track metadata (title, artist, album art) is stored with your board so the music can be replayed by you and other board members.
Crash and Analytics Services. Pin It uses Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) for error reporting and feature usage measurement. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is collected.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Pin It makes no warranties regarding availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pin It shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App, User Content, or unauthorized access to your account.
Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.
We may modify or discontinue the App or update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
